Supervision of actuator installation on the valve in accordance with ISO 5210, DIN 3210, and ST TsKBA 062-2009.
Electrical Connection
Connection of the actuator's power, control-signal, and feedback circuits.
Actuator Configuration
Setting up limit and torque switches, travel limiters, and position control feedback sensors.
SMARTCON Configuration
Setting up the SMARTCON control unit: input and output signals, operating mode, positioning parameters.
Operational Testing
Verification of actuator operation within the customer's process system.
Commissioning
Transfer of equipment into operation.
When is it performed?
Installation supervision and commissioning are performed after the equipment is delivered to the customer's site. The work is performed at the actuator installation site.
