Engineering selection
The actuator configuration is selected based on the customer's pipeline valve type, required torque or linear thrust, duty, operating conditions, and required version (general-purpose or explosion-proof).
Selection is based on a completed questionnaire. If imported equipment has failed or is no longer serviced in Russia, an equivalent can be selected from a photo of the actuator nameplate.

Supervised installation and commissioning
The company carries out installation supervision and commissioning work at the customer’s site. The work includes supervising actuator installation on the valve, configuring parameters, and verifying operation within the process system.
Staff training
The customer's technical personnel are trained on site. The training covers actuator operation, control unit setup and maintenance procedures.
Design institutes
Are you designing an industrial facility? Include the parameters of VALTRON actuators in the documentation at the design stage.
Warranty and service maintenance
The company provides warranty and service maintenance for the supplied equipment.
Certification support
The supplied equipment is accompanied by confirmation of compliance with the technical regulations of the Customs Union: TR CU 010, TR CU 012 (explosion protection), TR CU 020.

To order equipment, please fill out a questionnaire. It specifies the valve parameters and operating conditions required to select the actuator configuration. Questionnaires are available for download. The completed form is sent to the company via the application form.
