1. General Provisions
1.1. This Personal Data Processing Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") has been drafted in compliance with the requirements of the Federal Law of the Russian Federation No. 152-FZ dated July 27, 2006, "On Personal Data," and governs the procedures for processing personal data and the security measures implemented by Valtron LLC (hereinafter referred to as the "Data Controller").
1.2. The use of the website www.valtron-actuators.ru (hereinafter referred to as the "Website") constitutes the unconditional consent of the personal data subject (hereinafter referred to as the "User") to this Policy and the data processing conditions stipulated herein. 4. Procedures and Conditions for Processing Personal Data. Transfer to Third Parties
4.1. The processing of the User's personal data is carried out without any time limit, by any legal means, including within personal data information systems using automation tools or without such means.
4.2. The confidentiality of the User's personal data is strictly maintained, except in cases where the User voluntarily provides information for public access to an unlimited number of persons.
4.3. The Data Controller is entitled to transfer the User's personal data to third parties solely under the following circumstances:
4.3.1. The User has explicitly consented to such actions;
4.3.2. The transfer is necessary for the User's utilization of a specific service or for the performance of a specific agreement or contract with the User (e.g., transfer to logistics contractors);
4.3.3. The transfer is mandated by Russian or other applicable law within the framework of legally established procedures.
5. Personal Data Security Measures
5.1. The Data Controller implements all necessary and sufficient organizational and technical measures to protect the User's personal data from unlawful or accidental access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying, distribution, and other unlawful actions by third parties, in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
6. Final Provisions
6.1. The Data Controller reserves the right to amend this Policy without the User's prior consent. The revised Policy takes effect from the moment of its publication on the Website unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Policy.
