Two selection scenarios
Selection by questionnaire
Applies when ordering new equipment or for initial contact. The customer completes a questionnaire with valve parameters and operating conditions; a VALTRON engineer then selects the actuator configuration and prepares a technical proposal.
Selection from a Nameplate Photo
It is used to replace imported equipment that has failed or is not serviced in Russia. A photo of the nameplate on the actuator being replaced is sufficient to select an equivalent.
Selection result
Following the selection process, the customer receives a technical proposal specifying the actuator series, type, version, key parameters, and scope of supply.
