VALTRON actuators
Purpose
VALTRON manufactures custom actuator versions to order. All special actuators are based on standard VALTRON actuators.
Fire-resistant actuators
Actuators for safety-critical mechanisms can be supplied in a fire-resistant version. In accordance with the device specification, the actuator is fitted with a special fire-resistant enclosure that allows it to operate for 90 minutes at +600 °C.
Manually controlled actuators
If the power supply fails, the servo actuators must allow the valve to be operated manually. The HA16 manual actuator is designed for connection to a linear pneumatic actuator to control the valve stroke.

Actuators with Smartcoupling function
Seal Integrity
Linear actuators with Smartcoupling maintain the contact force between the mating components of the valve throttling assembly within a specified range. This maintains the required leak-tightness as component dimensions change with operating temperature.
Automatic Force Adjustment
Operating principle: a sensor measures the load on the valve stem.
When the measured value changes, the actuator control unit generates a signal that moves the stem until the specified force is restored.

Selecting a Special Version
A special design is developed to meet the customer’s requirements. Fill out the questionnaire and a VALTRON engineer will prepare a technical proposal.
