VALTRON is a Russian manufacturer of electromechanical actuators for shut-off and control pipeline valves.

Why the company was created
From 2019 to 2025, the electromechanical drives market in Russia and the CIS countries was formed primarily through imported supplies.
There were no full-cycle production facilities in this segment, and some equipment was supplied without confirmed licensing in terms of quality, explosion protection, and safety. The VALTRON brand is registered in the Russian Federation for the organization of in-house production of electromechanical drives with confirmed compliance with industry standards. The company is developing in two directions.
The first is the production of our own drives in Russia.
Secondly, we supply SCHIEBEL actuators equipment as an official distributor, including for the replacement of previously installed imported equipment and its maintenance.

The production site, warehouse, and service center are located in the Udmurt Republic, in the village of Shaberdino.

The company's staff consists of 42 specialists. The company provides engineering support for the project at all stages: configuration selection, installation supervision, commissioning, and training of the customer's technical personnel.

Development is underway for actuator solutions designed for nuclear power plants as well as marine and inland waterway applications. The company manufactures and supplies several series of electric actuators:

Completed projects
VALTRON equipment has been installed at the production site of the LUKOIL-Nizhegorodnefteorgsintez refinery.
Certification and standards
The products comply with the requirements of the technical regulations of the Customs Union: TR CU 010, TR CU 012 (explosion protection), TR CU 020
Explosion-proof designs comply with class EExdellCT4 according to EN 60079 and are confirmed by certificates GOST R 51330, EN 13463, EN 50014–50020, EC-Type Examination Certificate FTZU 03 ATEX 0328X, TUV-A 04 ATEX 0009X.
The connection of drives to valves complies with ISO 5210, DIN 3210 and ST TsKBA 062-2009 standards.

The main market is the Russian Federation and the CIS countries. Work with customers is carried out centrally through Moscow.
